I’m Elijah Paruzynski — a St. Louis–based actor dedicated to telling truthful stories through acting, song, and dance.
 

I was raised in Rockford, Illinois, and I grew up performing in theaters all around the Chicagoland area. My love of theatre began onstage at ten years old as Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol, and have been performing ever since.

 

I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University, where I dedicated my time and studies to fine-tuning my technique in singing, acting, and dancing. My years at Webster allowed me to hone my craft as a theatre artist, shaping not only my skillset but also my artistic voice.

 

Music has always been a driving force in my life. As a self-taught musician and songwriter, I’m passionate about the way music can illuminate emotional truth and deepen storytelling.  I’ve even written my own song cycle, telling real stories from my own life. My passion for music and writing deeply informs my work onstage, shaping the framework of every performance.
